This module starts with an (online) interview where we will look at your training history, recent results and your current trainingstatus. We will determine your short- and longterm goals and with that in mind we will start and build a tailored training plan. Every athlete gets access to trainingpeaks and will see his/her trainingsessions on TrainingPeaks. Every week we will look at how things went, reassess, build up and work together to meet your goals. Why should you get a coach? Gain a competitive advantage. A coach can help you get from point A to B faster than you could on your own, helping you differentiate yourself from the pack and advance better, faster, stronger and further. You want to have some reasons? A coach brings structure, A coach provides accountability, A coach gets you motivated, A coach lowers the chance of overtraining/injury, A coach explains why you should do certain training types, A coach looks at your weaknesses and underlines your strengths. What’s included? - Interview - Analysis of training history, goals, demands and needs. - Access to TrainingPeaks Coaching is paid per month with a minimum of 3 months.
Er moet minstens 48 uur op voorhand afgezegd worden, indien niet wordt er een standaard fee van 20% van de totale som aangerekend.
