How we work & why.

We'd like to express our expertise within the sportive segment. We mainly work on race bikes, gravel bikes and mountainbikes and are constantly updating our knowledge within this segment. Meanwhile we're a Campagnolo Pro Shop and are working towards that Shimano Service Center label. Next to some badass bike brands we also work on full custom build bikes in our workshop. Measured by physio and bikefitter Felix and built by our mechanic Gehan.

Because of the high demand for maintenance we kindly ask you to come over to the shop, send an e-mail or phone for an appointment.

Below some general rules and info :

  • We do not repair on the spot a.k.a. "à la minute".

  • We accept bikes not bought at the shop but work with a calendar, current first availabilities are somewhat up to four weeks.

  • For multiple reasons we do not work on electric bikes not bought at the shop, Canyon, Decathlon and Mavic.

  • We keep a margin in our planning for customers with acute problems on a bike bought in the shop.

  • We will be more strict on accepting dirty bikes for maintenance. Clean bike. Happy bike. Happy mechanic.

  • We aim to get your bike ready within 48h if no parts necessary.

  • If parts need to be ordered we won't make a call about finishing bikes these days. Unfortunately the market is still severely disrupted.
