Service Description

If you're an endurance athlete and you're looking for THE test to execute to see where you are right now and what steps you have to undertake to reach your goals or dreams. Then you should look no further, book this one and it will help you get there. This option is perfect when you want to have a cristal clear view both on your basic condition and intensive condition. Information about the test: You perform an incremental exercise test on the treadmill. Depending on age and gender, the test starts at either 6, 7,5 or 9 km/h, and is increased by 1.5 km/h per 8 min until volitional maximum (voluntarily exhaustion). Throughout the test, small blood samples are taken from the earlobe at 4/8-min. intervals for determination of blood lactate concentration. We continuously measure intensity, heartrate, speed and cadence during this test. Results: After the test we explain the test & results in detail, we will know your weaknesses and your strengths and how to tackle them. We determine your heartrate zones, tempo/speedzones and thresholds. We formulate trainingsessions to become a stronger and more resilient athlete.

Cancellation Policy

Er moet minstens 48 uur op voorhand afgezegd worden, indien niet wordt er een standaard fee van 20% van de totale som aangerekend.
