You bought a bike but don’t feel comfortable? You experience recurring complaints but can’t seem to resolve them yourself? Or you are chasing that PR on your local loop and want to reduce drag and go fully aero? The “Bikefit – The Ultimate Process” is designed to address all of this. As the name suggests, this is not a single consultation but a structured process. It includes an in-depth initial bike fitting session, followed by one follow-up consultation within the year to reassess, fine-tune and optimise your position. - First consultation : approximately 2h30 - Follow-up consultation : 1 hour, scheduled within 3 to 12 months AERODYNAMICS & PERFORMANCE Aerodynamics play an important role in this option. During the follow-up session, we assess your frontal area and work on optimising your aerodynamic drag (CdA), helping you become more efficient and faster on the bike without compromising comfort or sustainability. UNDERSTANDING YOUR BODY This process also provides valuable insight into how your body functions on the bike. Through an extensive interview and functional screening, we gain a clear overview of your complaints, needs, goals and limitations when cycling. The “Bikefit – The Ultimate Process” includes - In-depth interview (elaborate questionnaire) - Functional screening : - Stability - Strength - Flexibility - Joint mobility - Measurement of the current bike setup - Analysis of the current riding position: - Cleat position - Pelvic stability - Bike adjustments (if possible and required): - Saddle - Cleats - Cockpit (stem & handlebars) - One follow-up session within the year (1 hour) to reassess and optimise the position PERSONALISED REPORT The process includes a detailed report with a personalised action plan focusing on stability, strength and flexibility, helping you become a stronger, more resilient and robust cyclist.
